Perfect Day Media is now releasing the podcast book När ingen lyssnar (When No One Listens), based on Diamant Salihu’s book of the same name. Following the success of the podcast book Tills alla dör (Until Everyone Dies), Salihu now hopes to reach new audiences with his story about how the cracking of EncroChat transformed the fight against organized crime.
In July 2022, Perfect Day Media released Diamant Salihu’s acclaimed investigative book Tills alla dör as a dramatized audiobook podcast in collaboration with the publisher Mondial. The podcast version of Tills alla dör is a shortened adaptation of the original, where music, authentic news clips, and sound design create a more digestible and accessible story. Tills alla dör consists of seven episodes and is available on all major audio streaming platforms, where it has so far reached nearly 700,000 listens. In April 2023, Diamant Salihu’s latest book När ingen lyssnar was released, and now the podcast version is launching, once again in collaboration between Perfect Day Media and the publisher Mondial.
– Today, Sweden is in a situation where Swedish child soldiers are sent on assassination missions in our countries neighboring countries. Through hundreds of interviews, including with the boys and young men who “at war” with each other, I have tried to understand how we ended up here. That’s why I am truly thankful that the storytelling is brought to life through the podcast books. It’s only when more people understand, and when we listen, that we can also get out of this situation, says Diamant Salihu.
“När ingen lyssnar” is about when the justice system succeeded in infiltrating Encrochat and other encrypted services, about how it suddenly became possible to track the communication of major criminals in real-time, and about how the police and the judiciary acted to save lives, prevent crimes, and arrest as many people as possible before the operation was exposed.

The new audiobook När ingen lyssnar premieres on June 28 and will be released in a total of seven episodes, each lasting between 35-45 minutes. The first three episodes will be available for free on all major audio streaming platforms. The remaining four episodes will cost 49 SEK and can be easily purchased in collaboration with Perfect Day Media’s technical partner, Sesamy.
